Functional, Stylish Diaper Bag for Dad Apr 13, 2011

This is a diaper bag my husband is not embarrassed to carry. We have this in olive green. It has plenty of room for a day's outing with baby.
Pros:
-The expansion zipper helps in giving more room.
-Heavy duty material that will stand up to a lot of use, easy to wipe clean
-Can fit lots of baby things in the main compartment
-Shoulder strap easily slings over your shoulder and is comfortable.
-Perfect size, simple design
-Back pocket is a nice addition, I can easily access it and slip papers or other items in this pocket.
Cons:
-The insulated bottle holder is kind of bulky. The holder is hard and stiff so will not collapse for more room. I can fit one 8 oz Dr. Brown bottle and one 4 oz bottle together. It will not fit two 8 oz bottles.
-The front flap has a snap-in buckle to keep it closed. Sometimes this buckle is a pain when you need to get in and out quickly for a diaper change. You have the buckle, plus the main compartment's zipper. Velcro may have been better for this purpose, but it does stay closed.
-The card slots are not big enough for ID or credit cards...they are smaller and narrow (my driver's license wouldn't fit)...maybe business cards would fit.
We really like this bag overall and would buy it again.
