We bought the keekaroo high chair with many of the options, like infant seat and the table. We don't use the grab rail that much. The table is much more usefull.

The guard rail doesn't fit quite that easily onto the chair as the tray does. I have to fiddle with it a lot and help it snap into the grooves. When holding it on top of the tray rails (to see if all the holes were lined up correctly) we noticed that the rail was slightly warped, hence the fitting issues. Other than that it is a nice addition to the Keekaroo high chair.
