I am not positive that they are truly sanitizing, but they don't dry out my daughter's skin like the alcohol wipes. She has eczema on her hands and the alcohol wipes sometimes burn. I keep one in my pcket and use them to wipe our hands after the playground or before eating when we are out.

Bought these hand wipes to always have one with me when I am out. They really come in handy. I like the ingredients also, nothing really harsh. At this time of year it is especially good to be careful.
