5Excellent mattress!!!!!  Jun 15, 2011
By Daniel
This mattress fits perfect in our bed-side cradle. It is very firm as all newborn mattresses should be and the fact that the materials used to make it are safe and non toxic for my little girl are a huge bonus. Overall it is an excellent mattress.

5naturepedic is wonderful  Feb 26, 2011
By D. bell "green parent"
We have Naturepedic mattresses for our cradle and for our crib. They are the only mattress line that healthychild.org recommends and Naturepedic has wonderful products. The toxicity of mattresses today are appalling. Conventional mattresses have toxic flame retardants, antimony, arsenic and formaldehyde. Naturepedic is a godsend and their customer service is excellent. We have ordered custom sized waterproof pads and organic sheets through them and they were sent super fast. They even make them a little bigger to allow for shrinkage during washing and drying. I am glad that we have purchased this cradle pad for our daughter because it is a healthier option for our little miracle.

5Peace of mind!  Jul 18, 2011
By Chicagogal
We have a cradle and it was hard to find a FIRM cradle mattress. We purchased a naturepedic crib mattress but for the first few months, the baby will be sleeping in a cradle. I didn't want to spend close to $100 on this but at the end, peace of mind and knowing our baby is sleeping on a firm and safe mattress was well worth the extra investment. I'm glad we took the plunge because we haven't looked back at our decision.

1Too small  Aug 23, 2011
By O
Love that it's organic/non toxic etc. But it's almost an inch too narrow. The mattress that came with the cradle has the same measurements listed as this one, but the naturopedic is much smaller. Now I'm worried about the crib mattress as I have yet to purchase the crib, but have registered for the mattress, will it fit?

3Gets lumpy and deformed over time.  Jul 29, 2011
By smh16
We were originally really happy with this purchase. It was much thicker than the other mattresses on the market we had found. Now that our baby is two months old, it is starting to form around her body. It hasn't held it's shape over time very well at all. We have to constantly flip it. I don't think it will hold up well over time, and we will likely have to replace it sooner than we would like.
