I got a bangle and pendant on the recommendation of my sister. I got the mother of pearl since it's white and will go with most everything in my closet. My son loves them. He likes to play with them and chew on them. I make sure to wear them when going to a doctor's appointment or church because it keeps him occupied for a while and it's quiet. However, my sister got the moonstone ones and they looked nice...like real stone. The mother of pearl bangle looks like a bent hot glue stick...just plastic-y and kind of cheap...not like stone at all. The pendant looks nicer, but still like plastic. I would get one that's not just one color. Get one with specks in it...they look better.

Both my daughter and I love this necklace. It's cute and convenient for me but, safe for her to play w/ and chew !! It's nice to always have a teether / toy handy that she can't easily throw on the floor .saving me many a washing :D
She also fiddles w/ it while she nurses to sleep , keeping her from pulling my hair or anything else ..
I love this thing..I'm thinking of getting other colors !

Really unattractive. Also, the string was not durable and frayed when my son played with it - cheaply made.

I received my "mother of pearl" that I would think would look something like a pearl....white/cream, something in that color scheme. Mine is gray, like the color of a cinder block with black/blue specks. The packaging said mother of pearl....but this thing is UGLY...not sure how it functions yet, debating on returning it.

not quite what i was expecting- thought the chain/lanyard was of cheaper quality than i expected. This necklace does not catch my baby's attention as much as other necklaces do. Next time i will save my money and get one that costs a little more and is nicer.
