 Had to return Apr 07, 2010
I had to return this item for several reasons. First, Bac-Out boasts that it works on all cloth diapers. The brand of diapers we use says not to use a cleaning agent with active enzymes, or it will break down the PUL. Sure enough, we we bought a smaller bottle at the local Earth Fare, and you could see where the PUL was starting to break down on the inside. We use the Sweet Baby Doll diapers (highly recommend) so don't use Bac- Out if you are going to use a diaper like this.
Also, when we finally received the shipment (4 days past the suggested shipment), the box was wet at the bottom. I know what Bac-Out smells like, so I immediately wanted to return the item. I never found out which bottle was leaking, but it took me forever to get the customer service representative to understand why I wanted to return the item. I had spent over $100 for nothing- it would not work on my diapers or the warranty would be voided and the box was leaking/ poorly packaged.
I finally got them to agree to send me a return slip so that i could ship it back, but it was to the wrong address. The customer service was nice, but had too many errors. I love Bac-Out for other items, but it just won't work with my diapers.

 Great Cleaner, especially for pets! Mar 16, 2010
I love that this cleaner is non-toxic, eco-friendly, and best of all - it works great!!!! I have three pugs and they create their share of messes in the house, but this product works great to get out even the worst stains! Plus, it has a wonderful lemon-lime scent that is great. I'm even thinking of using this green cleaner in our carpet steam cleaner.

If you have an aging pet that you just can't bear to put down, Biokleen will save your sanity.
This pleasant smelling organic product does everything it claims and more.
It has a light lime odor that eliminates the pet urine smell completely.
You won't be disappointed.
 Green cleaning Nov 23, 2009
So far I like this product. I use it to clean my cloth diapers and it has worked with getting the smell and stains out. I did have to use it on my carpet once because my son accidentally colored off of his coloring page with a marker and it got the marks up. The only thing I don't like about it is, it says "great for cleaning cloth diapers" but it doesn't tell you how much you should be using. Like I said it works great but I don't want to be using more than I have to.
Cleans up grout around toilet Nov 16, 2009
My friend gave me some of her Bac-Out to try on the grout in my sons' bathroom. (Someone else had given her some for the same purpose.) I have tried many different methods to get the stains up (and odor out), but this is THE ONLY ONE that truly works! My boys still can't seem to make it into the bowl, but having Bac-Out on hand makes it a little more bearable.
