This is a great product that I use regularly. I will use it every now and then to really moisturize my skin. If I am seeming dry I will use it for a few days and then go back to my regular moisturizer. I used to use it everyday and I think it might be a bit much to use everyday. I only use it at night when I use it and you want to make sure you are using a pillow cover you don't care about getting all oily.
