My wife is 6mos pregnant and wanted to get started on yoga right away. I was a little nervous about buying an "all in one" kit and what kind of quality it would be. I have to say, the DVD is excellent and the included mat/block/strap are also of very good quality. My wife has been very happy with this set! The DVD features 3 women - one who is barely showing, one who is further along, and one who is ready to burst - each do the moves a little differently (obviously the women who is further along does more relaxed poses/stretches) so you can follow the best match. My wife feels that this has helped her stretch out and relax during her pregnancy. Overall, highly recommended.

I bought this kit because it was MUCH more worth it to buy this kit than to buy a yoga mat and block separately. I was also eying the Gaiam Yoga For Beginners Kit, but this one was cheaper and I follow some yoga on youtube so I did not need the dvd.
The block is 9"x4"x6" (larger size block hurray!) and I like both the mat and block so far. Can't say much about the strap because I only use it to keep the mat rolled up; it seems pretty ordinary -- just an off-white strap with two D-rings. I am not pregnant so I haven't taken a look at the DVD.
Overall, this kit is definitely worth the price. I got the set for fifteen dollars. I would advise for you to purchase before it runs out!

Great mat. Just thick enough. Have not watched the DVD. I bought this product when it was on sale for such an amazing price I couldn't pass it up even though I'm not post-partum or expecting so I've just used the products with other DVDs.

I love the mat, brick, & strap in this kit & bought it because it was an excellent price for the set. It would have cost much more to buy each piece individually. I thought I would really need 2 blocks & so I hesitated to get the kit with just one. But, discovered I didn't need the two blocks & have all that I need with this. I chose this kit because the mat seemed like it was a very good thickness & seemed thicker than some of the mats that came with other kits. The only thing I'm not totally loving is the video. I've only done it twice since I've gotten the kit while I use the other pieces several times a week. I'm not sure what it is about the video that is not working for me, maybe I just don't connect to it.

Love this three for the price of one baby ready yoga kit. The color is perfect for me and the mat is nice and thick which makes it comfortable. I also like that it came with a baby Einstein starter DVD. This makes a good gift.
