Huge disappointment - don't waste your money Mar 17, 2009

I love Method products, so it's with great regret that I write this review.
My office is small, and since I need to meet with people frequently over the course of the day, I like to freshen the air with a scent that's subtle, refreshing and calming. I love the scent of lavender, and have been very happy with the version Method uses for products such as their gel hand soap. I bought the lavender-lemongrass aroma pill, anticipating a refreshing, light fragrance of lavender brightened with citrus notes.
Imagine the disppointment of plugging in the device, only to be overwhelmed by a strong odor of synthetic lavender with overtones of cheap supermarket floral soap. The odor was hideous, and I couldn't unplug it fast enough. Perhaps it's the cumulative effect of the lavender in combination with the lemongrass, but bottom line: terribly strong, unpleasant synthetic "nose" with a throat-scratching bottom note of synthetic floral air freshener spray.
Great product overall with some flaws in design Apr 19, 2009

This product smells great without too much of an overbearing scent. However I do have a medium sized room so in a small office cubicle I could understand how it might be powerful. I love the lavender lemongrass scent as well as the design of the pill. My only complaint would be that there is no intensity adjuster, it's either on or it's off.
