5Can't live without Moby!!  Jun 10, 2010
By Amanda Snow "itsjustmandi"
I've had a Moby wrap since my daughter was born in Dec. of '09. She was a very tiny baby and I loved that I could put her in it all snuggled up just like she used to be when I was still pregnant with her. Since then, I've carried her in it to the store, the mall, the Zoo, brother's t-ball games, Easter Egg hunts, you name it. She was being a fussy pants yesterday so I just put her in it and she was instantly calm. At almost 14 lbs, she's not that heavy, but carry her around for a while and your back will feel it! Not with the Moby. The weight is disributed so evenly you really feel so comfy carrying a baby around. There are so many holds. I've used almost all of them including the breastfeeding hold! I haven't used any of the holds for back carrying yet because she's not quite ready. I just used the sling carry yesterday at WalMart and loved how easy it was to get her in and out for a quick run in. Just put your Moby on before you leave the house and stick your baby in when you arrive at your destination. I recommend getting a neutral or dark color if you're gonna be out and about with it. I bought pink first And felt a little conspicuous in public. Then I bought black and I guess if I don't have her in it people just think it's some kind of new trend! I truly couldn't live without my Moby! It's a wonderful way to bond with your baby!

5The Moby changed my life  Aug 05, 2010
By Erin R.
My little one needed to be held for pretty much the first 2 months of her life. I tried using my Ergo carrier with the insert to regain freedom with my hands and arms, but it's just too hot in the summer to wear. In desperation I bought the Moby because of all the possible baby positions it boasted. I figured my daughter would at least like one of them. The first time I put her in the wrap, she calmed right down. Now at 4 months she calms at the sight of the wrap and falls asleep within seconds of getting in. The Moby wrap is like having an "off switch" for my little one and has become a part of our bedtime routine. I also love the owl print!

5Baby loves it and so do I  Dec 11, 2010
By E. Price
The Moby wrap is a great way to hold your baby and still get things done. There's something comforting for both Mom (or Dad!) and baby about being so close. The Moby came in especially handy when we were out and about at places where the stroller wasn't an option. I found that even when I could bring the stroller it was easier to wrap my son up and carry him with me.

It worked great until my son got to be about 18 pounds, then the stretchiness of the fabric meant he'd start to droop after a while and wasn't as comfortable to carry. At that point we moved to a soft structured ergonomic carrier. Until then, though, I couldn't live without it!

4Great carrier for first few months of baby's life  Mar 19, 2011
By Angela
I absolutely recommend this wrap for any new mom! This is one of my favorite baby items.

What I like:
- Fussy baby will calm almost instantly when placed in wrap
- Soft, washable fabric
- Attractive designs
- Fairly easy to use, takes a little bit of practice getting baby in and out especially when they can't hold their head up on their own.
- Comfortable to wear
- Fits all sizes of people and no pesky straps to adjust
- Great for grocery shopping when you need your hands free
- Great for very young babies because of the soft fabric
- Versatile: can go from newborn to larger babies easily

Dislike:
- Hot to wear in warmer weather
- Slightly burdensome to put on when you're out since its such a large piece of fabric

3not for the petite  Aug 11, 2011
By mommizu
Although this is a beautiful wrap, the moby wrap just didn't work for me. First of all I live in Hawaii and it is hot here, and second I am short. It was too much material for me to handle. I did try it and my daughter was comfortable and it was totally hands free. It was great for when she was a newborn. I think probably the best for newborns and I have tried the sling and meitei and I am a mom of 3 but it doesn't last long for me. SUPER CUTE!
