I love this scent! It is clean without being perfumy. I have basil everything now - hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, fabric softener, HE laundry soap. It is a subtle, clean smell you can surround yourself with without being sickened by.

Nice scent, not too flowery or sweet. Seems to have lasted a good 3 weeks so far. It is not as strong as at the beginning. Very strong at the beginning.

Oh my gosh, this is the best scent ever! I discovered the Mrs. Meyers All Purpose Cleaner in Basil and now I have been scouring Amazon for all things Mrs. Meyers Basil. My only wish is that MM made Basil perfume and body lotion, I could smell this all day everyday and never grow tired of the fresh, herbal scent. It is light and clean-smelling, subtle and just perfect! My true favorite!

The fragrance is light and barely discernible, yet so soothing to my nose. I am one of those people who choose not to tolerate sweet, flowerry scents. I prefer a clean, fresh, or herbal scent. Basil is one of my most favorite scents. If you like an herbal scent, you'll like this one.
Almost Makes Me Forget About the Dogs Oct 26, 2010

We live in an old farmhouse with two large dogs. The house can have a musty, dusty been here since before the Civil War smell. The dogs certainly don't help matters as they often will come in after rolling in unspeakable things outside. We've been using the basil scented diffuser for several weeks, and it works beautifully without the cloying perfume smell that some air fresheners have. It just smells clean. We're going to buy more.
