Makes a delicious beverage hot or cold. honey enhances results. sometimes i toss in a celestial seasons tension tamer tea bag in the brew for extra kicker. Numi are terrific teas to breakaway from undesirable commerical corn syrup based products.

I purchased this product and it came with no brewing instructions. I went to their on-line site and no instructions on brewing was listed --but lots of info on saving the planet--so I called the phone and 3 days latter got I got a return call from a very annoyed Numi rep--who told me to brew it 3-5 minutes then hung up on me--I didn't get the quantity to use per cup instructions.Obviously Numi cares about their work saving the planet more than there customers

I first had this tea at The Cheesecake Factory. It was delicious. When I got home, I looked it up on Amazon and found both tea bags and this large bag of loose tea for sale. Let me stress, this is a BIG bag of tea. Actually, TWO BIG bags. I had no idea two pounds of tea could be that large. It comes in two 15"x11" bags that are several inches thick. I'm not complaining at all - this tea is delicious. And the price is phenomenal compared to the tea bags. Thanks, Numi, for the great deal!
