This is a solid Chai and reasonably priced (at least on Amazon). However, the flavor is not as good as the Golden Chai from Numi (obviously because this is Rooibos instead of actual Tea). That being said it is caffeine free which is why I bought it. It is a little weak and you really need to use 2 tea bags if you are going to drink more than 6oz (I usually drink 8oz or so). Honestly, I prefer Twinnings Rooibos over this Ruby Chai for an evening drink but it is nice to have around for that post dinner sweet tooth. I'm sure you will like it but don't expect to be blown away.

I love relaxing with the warming spices of chai, but in the late afternoon and evening I try to skip the caffeine of black tea. I decided to find out if Numi's ruby chai (using rooibos instead of black tea) would be a reasonable substitute, and it's lovely! It has a delicious gingery perfume, and a mellow, subtle rooibos flavor. All the warmth of chai spiced tea, with none of the caffeine.

When I've had my limit of caffeine for the day, I always reach for this tea. It's delicious either hot or at room temperature, it's rich and full bodied with just the right amount of spice, and it's excellent for settling any digestive issues. (I will try it iced when the weather gets warmer--I have no doubt I'll love it that way as well.) Midday into evening, it's better than a dessert . . . and better for me too!

Tried this tea at my gym, and was so happy to find it on Amazon! It's caffeine-free and very tasty (kind of spicy, hence the "Spiced Rooibos") - it's a tea that can be enjoyed without having to add anything (sugar, milk, etc.).

Numi's rich organic rooibos, a healthy antioxidant packed, naturally caffeine-free herbal tea, is the base for this spicy potion. The primary flavor is cloves but the cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, allspice and rooibos add to the blend to make a harmonious, tasty and soothing brew--particularly with cream!
Numi gets points for their manufacturing process and packaging. The boxes containing their tea is made from 100% recycled paperboard from 100% post-consumer waste--they assert that by using such packaging materials they save 2,040 trees, reduce landfill by 131,200, and prevent 184,000 greenhouse emissions. Numi uses only 100% natural ingredients without added oils or "natural flavorings".
