Hands down the best tasting tea I've ever had. The ginger has a wonderfulyl sweet and mellow taste, and the oolong is exceptional. It's a rather oxidized oolong, with a taste closer to black than green.
I have had some green-ginger teas in the past, but this is FAR better. WOW. I can't stop drinking the stuff.
The 2 pounds is a TON of tea. Think 700-800 cups. You'll need a few people drinking this stuff religiously to drink it all within the 6 months to a year that I like to consume loose tea. This won't be a problem since it's the most delectable beverage to ever hit my lips.

I don't review things often, but this tea really is fantastic. It seems expensive, but it's a LOT of tea especially considering how little is used for each cup. It's great as a nice hot cup of tea to get you going, and also makes a fantastic iced tea. The ginger is on the strong side which I love.

Ginger and black tea are a terrific taste combination and I've been addicted for ages. Stash tea used to carry a ginger flavored tea (Cochin Ginger) but blast them, they discontinued it several years ago, and I spent about three years trying every ginger tea I could find. Most use too strong a tea base (especially those that are offered for British taste).
Numi's Ginger Oolong finally filled the gap. The base is an excellent oolong, and the ginger is perfectly balanced. (That said, be sure to scoop both tea and ginger into the infuser--the ginger collects at the bottom of your storage container.) You'll love the complexity of the tea, especially if you drink it without adding sweetener or milk. It's a great iced tea, too. Numi's teas are great quality and an excellent value.
