hi! i am not a professional reviewer, haha. i bought these in lavender lemongrass and apple vanilla. first, let me say that they smell wonderful and are not obtrusive in your decor. then second, i dont think for a minute that they last 30 days! it has been 10 days since i placed them in the rooms, my guestroom smells wonderful, as does every room they are in, however as they give out the smell the color diminishes from the plastic pack and i have to say at 10 days most of the color is gone and they are only about 1/3 as 'smellifying' as they were on day one. i would say in another 10 days ill replace them. they are a bit pricey for what they are, but if i can find REFILLS instead of buying new 'rings' (nicely constructed and if there are no refills available, i hope recycleable~!) thanks for reading!! tere : )

Very relaxing aroma. I use these in my bedroom to help me sleep. They are natural and very hard to find so I bought 5 comlete rings.
